Gymnastics Classes

Toddler Open Gym

Ages 6 Months to 4 Years
MONDAY — FRIDAY 10 A.M. — 11 A.M.

This 1-hour time slot allows you and your child to explore our gymnastics facility. A caregiver must be present and able to assist your child.

Little Tykes Gym

Age 3 Years
MONDAY 11:15 & THURSDAY 11:15

This 45-minute class incorporates the earliest aspects of physical fitness, motor development, strength, and flexibility. Designed for students to follow direction, interact with other children and learn the basics of gymnastics.

Tykes Gym

Ages 4 to 5 Years MONDAY AT 12:15, TUESDAY AT 11:15, & WEDNESDAY AT 11:15

Incorporates early aspects of physical fitness, motor development, strength and flexibility. 45 minutes and designed for students to follow directions, interact with other students and learn the basics of gymnastics. Child must be able to participate independently.

Level 1

Ages 5 and Up
MONDAY AT 3:30 FULL, WEDNESDAY AT 3:30 FULL & THURSDAY AT 5:30 FULL

This is a 1-hour beginning gymnastics class for your school age child. They will be exposed to tumbling, bars, beam, vault and trampolines. Your child will work on skills according to USAG’s level 1 guidelines.

Level 2

Ages 5 and Up
TUESDAY AT 3:30 FULL, TUESDAY AT 5:30 FULL, & THURSDAY AT 4:30 FULL

This class is a 1-hour intermediate class for your school age child. They will be doing skills on the floor, bars, beam, vault, and trampolines. They will be continuing to work on skills according to USAG’s suggested progressive philosophy. They will be working on Level 2 skills and combinations.

Level 3

Ages 5 and Up
MONDAY AT 3:30 FULL, TUESDAY AT 3:30 FULL & THURSDAY AT 3:30 FULL

This 1.5 class is designed for the intermediate-advanced gymnast. They will be doing skills on floor, bars, vault, beam and trampolines. The gymnasts will begin to work on level 3 skills according to USAG guidelines. They will continue to combine more advanced skills on all apparatus.

Tumbling 1

Ages 6 and Up
THURSDAY AT 3:30 FULL

This is a 1 hour class is designed for athletes who want to work strictly on tumbling skills on the floor and trampolines.

Tumbling 2

Ages 6 and Up
THURSDAY AT 5:00 FULL

This 1.5 hour class is designed for athletes who want to work on combining tumbling skills. Athletes must be able to perform a front handspring and back handspring without a spot to attend this class.

Dryland Open Gym

Agesp7 and Up
TUEDSAY AND THURSDAY AT 6:30

This a 1-hour open gym time. Your child may come in to work on skills in the world of gymnastics and ski/snowboard training. Instructors are present but this is a non-instructed hour.

Boy's Classes

Boy's 1

Ages 5 and Up
TUESDAY AT 4:30 FULL

This a 1 hour all boys class that introduces the fundamentals of gymnastics

Boy's 2

Ages 6 and Up
THURSDAY AT 5:00 FULL

This 1.5 hour class is designed for athletes who want to work on combining tumbling skills. Athletes must be able to perform a front handspring and back handspring without a spot to attend this class.
